Butter Cracker Chicken Tenders With Creamy Pasta, Broccoli, and Cauliflower

Ingredients
- pasta, such as ziti or gemelli (1 (16-ounce) box)
- Alfredo sauce (1 (15-ounce) jar)
- chicken stock (3 cups)
- whole milk (1 cup)
- broccoli and cauliflower florets (1 (12-ounce) bag)
- canola oil (1 tablespoon)
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- all-purpose flour (1/4 cup)

- egg (1 large)
- crushed butter crackers (1 cup)
- chicken tenders (8 fresh)
- 3 Medium Bowls
- Aluminum Foil
Instructions
Step 1
1. Put the pasta, Alfredo sauce, stock, and milk in the pot and stir to combine.
Step 2
2. In a medium bowl, toss together all the broccoli and cauliflower and oil and season with salt and pepper. Lay a 15-inch-long sheet of aluminum foil on a flat surface. Put the vegetables in the center and fold the edges oft he foil in to create a sealed packet. Place the foil packet on the bottom layer of the Deluxe Reversible Rack in the lower position, then place the rack in the pot over the pasta mixture.
Step 3
3. Prepare the Level 3 ingredients: Create a dredging station by pouring the flour into a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Crack the egg into a separate medium bowl and whisk. Pour the crushed butter crackers into a third medium bowl.
Step 4
4. Dredge one side of each chicken tender in the flour, shaking off any excess flour. Carefully dip the floured side in the egg, then in the butter crackers.
Step 5
5. Slide the Deluxe Layer through the lower layer's handles. Place the chicken, breaded-side up, on the Deluxe Layer.
Step 6
6. Close the lid and move the slider to STEAMCRISP. Select STEAM & CRISP, set the temperature to 390 °F, and set the time to 10 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking (PrE will display for about 11 minutes as the unit steams, then the timer will start counting down).
Step 7
7. When cooking is complete, carefully remove the rack layers with the chicken tenders and foil packet. Stir the pasta and serve warm with the chicken tenders and vegetables.
