Ingredients

  • coconut cream (1 can (5 ½ ounces))
  • kosher salt (1 teaspoon)
  • granulated sugar (1 cup)
  • vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
  • big scoops ground coffee (2)
  • oat milk (1/2 cup)
  • vanilla syrup (1 tablespoon)

Utensils needed

  • Small Saucepan
  • Whisk

Instructions

Step 1
1. To prepare the salted caramel sauce, add the coconut cream, salt, sugar, and vanilla extract to a small saucepan over medium-low heat and cook, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool.

2. Following the measurements provided, place the ground coffee into the filter.

3. Set a 4-ounce or larger cup in place to brew.

4. Press the BREW STYLE button to choose Specialty Brew. Press the START BREW button on the dial to start the brew.

5. While coffee is brewing, place the oat milk, vanilla syrup, and 1 tablespoon of the prepared salted caramel sauce in a separate cup, microwave for 45-60 seconds, then froth for 30-45 seconds.

Step 6
6. When brew is complete, top with salted caramel foam.
