- Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla) (¼ cup)
- nut or seed butter of any type (2 tablespoons)
- Wyman's Frozen Wild Blueberries or Triple Berry Blend (1 cup)
Instructions
Step 1
1. Install stacked blade in the 72-oz Power Pitcher.

2. Add ingredients to pitcher in the order listed, then install the lid.
Step 3
