Ingredients

  • unsweetened canned coconut milk (1¼ cups)
  • limeade (1¼ cups)
  • light rum (¼ cup + 2 tablespoons)
  • juice of 2 limes
  • granulated sugar (3 tablespoons)

  • juice of 2 limes
  • granulated sugar (â…“ cup)

Instructions

Step 1
1. In a pitcher or large bowl, whisk together all ingredients until coconut milk is emulsified and smooth.

Step 2
2. Pour mixture into the vessel.

Step 3
3. Select SPIKED SLUSH. Preset will start at the default/optimal temperature for ideal texture. If desired, adjust temperature.

Step 4
4. Once frozen drink reaches optimal temperature, unit will beep three times. Serve immediately.
