Ingredients
- pre-made raw pizza dough, room temperature (12 ounces)
- premade Alfredo sauce (¼ cup)
- shredded low moisture mozzarella cheese (1 cup)
- fresh mozzarella cheese pearls (1 cup)
- Sliced black olives (optional)
Instructions
Step 1
1. Install the Accessory Frame in the bottom level of the unit, then place the Pizza Stone on top. Turn left-hand dial to select PIZZA, then use the right-hand dial to select NY STYLE. Set time for 8 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin preheating (preheating will take approx. 10 minutes).
Step 2
2. On a lightly floured work surface, stretch and toss dough by hand into a 12-inch circle about 1/8-inch thick. Using a pizza cutter, make two cuts at the top of the dough to create a ghost shape. Pull the bottom of the dough into a pointed tip as the bottom of the ghost.
Step 3
3. Spread the Alfredo sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a 1/2-inch edge for the crust. Then top with shredded mozzarella cheese and mozzarella pearls. Add two sliced black olives as the eyes.
Step 4
4. When unit is preheated and ADD FOOD and PRS STRT is displayed, open door, slide a floured Pizza Peel under the pizza and transfer to the hot stone. Close door, select START/STOP, and cook for up to 10 minutes. If more time is necessary or a darker pizza is desired, increase the time using the right-hand dial.
Step 5
5. When cooking is complete, open door and remove pizza using the peel. Let rest for 5 minutes cutting and serving.
