Buffalo Ranch Cauliflower
Ingredients
- cauliflower florets (6 cups)
- Buffalo sauce (2 tablespoons)
- canola oil (1 tablespoon)
- corn starch (1 tablespoon)
- Buffalo ranch seasoning (1 tablespoon)
- Large Bowl
Instructions
Step 1
1. Add Crisper Tray to the Combi Cooker Pan and set aside.
Step 2
2. Close the door of the unit and flip the SmartSwitch to AIRFRY/STOVETOP. Select AirFry, set temperature to 425 °F, and set time to 14 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking (unit will need to preheat for 5 minutes, so set an external timer if desired).

3. While the unit is preheating, combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss.
Step 4
4. When the unit timer reads 14 minutes, slide the Combi Cooker Pan to Level 1 and close the door.
Step 5
5. When 7 minutes remain on the time, open the door and using an oven mitt, remove the pan and toss the cauliflower in the pan a few times by tossing the pan a few times up and down and side to side.

6. Slide the pan back to Level 1, close the door and continue cooking.
Step 7
7. When cooking is complete, remove pan from unit. Serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
