Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- cream cheese, cubed (1 package (8 ounces))
- sour cream (1 tub (16 ounces))
- shredded mozzarella cheese (1 cup)
- shredded Parmesan cheese, divided (1 cup)
- small white onion, peeled, diced (1/2)
- garlic, minced (2 teaspoons)
- artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (1 can (14.1 ounces))
- frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and drained (1 package (16 ounces))
- kosher salt (1 teaspoon)
- red pepper flakes (optional) (1/2 teaspoon)
Instructions
Step 1
1. Reserving 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, combine all ingredients into Combi Cooker Pan, smoothing the top of the dip in one even layer.
Step 2
2. Slide the Combi Cooker Pan into the Level 1. Close the door and flip the SmartSwitch to COMBI COOKER. Select COMBI CRISP, set the temperature to 350 °F, and set the time to 8 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking (the unit will steam for 4 minutes).
Step 3
3. Once steaming is complete and the timer begins to count down, open the door, stir the dip and sprinkle with the remaining ½ cup Parmesan cheese. Close the door and continue cooking.
Step 4
4. When cooking is complete, remove the Combi Cooker Pan and allow dip to cool for 5 minutes. Serve with favorite chips or crackers.
