Balsamic Dressing
NOTE: When drinking or when blade function is not in use, turn the blender OFF using the power button. Unintentional blade activation can occur when the lid is off.
Ingredients
- olive oil (1/4 cup)
- balsamic vinegar (1 1/2 tablespoons)
- small garlic clove, peeled (1)
- runny honey (2 teaspoons)
- natural yogurt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Dijon mustard (1/2 tablespoon)
- flaked sea salt (1 teaspoon)
- Ground black pepper, as desired
Instructions
Step 1
1. Install vessel on motor base. Turn blender on by holding the power button.
Step 2
2. Unscrew lid from vessel and add all ingredients in the order listed. Secure lid back on vessel.
Step 3
3. To blend, press the Start/Stop Button for 30 second blend mode.
Step 4
4. When blending is complete, hold the power button to turn the unit off.
