Ingredients
- unsalted butter, softened (1 stick (1/2 cup))
- brown sugar (1/3 cup)
- granulated sugar (½ cup)
- egg (1)
- vanilla extract (½ teaspoon)
- peanut butter (2/3 cup)
- all-purpose flour (1 cup plus 2 tablespoons)
- baking soda (½ teaspoon)
- kosher salt (½ teaspoon)
- 2 Baking Sheets
- Parchment Paper
Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 325 F and prepare two pans with parchment paper and cooking spray.
Step 2
2. Install the dough blade in the 72 oz Power Pitcher. Add the butter, sugars, egg, vanilla and peanut butter.
Step 3
3. Install the lid, then select DOUGH and press START/STOP.
Step 4
4. Once complete, add the remaining ingredients and run the DOUGH program again.
Step 5
5. Scoop cookies onto parchment with a 1-oz cookie scoop. Roll each with your hand and then indent with a fork.
Step 6
6. Bake until golden brown, turning halfway through, approximately 5 minutes on each side.
