Ingredients

  • heavy cream (3 cups)
  • chicken or vegetable broth (1 cup)
  • all-purpose flour (1/4 cup)
  • kosher salt (1/2 teaspoon)
  • ground black pepper (1/2 teaspoon)
  • ground nutmeg (1/4 teaspoon)
  • vacuum-packed potato gnocchi (2 packages (17 ounces each))
  • baby spinach (2 cups)
  • crumbled goat cheese (1/4 cup)
  • freshly grated Parmesan cheese (1/4 cup)

Instructions

Step 1
1. Select SEAR/SAUTÉ and set to MD:HI. Select START/STOP to begin. Allow to preheat for 5 minutes.

Step 2
2. After 5 minutes, add cream, broth, flour, salt, pepper, and nutmeg to the pot. Whisk until thick, about 8 minutes.

Step 3
3. Add gnocchi and spinach to the pot, gently tossing to coat in cream mixture. Stir until spinach is wilted. Add goat cheese and Parmesan evenly on top.

Step 4
4. Close crisping lid. Select BAKE/ROAST, set temperature to 350 °F, and set time to 15 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin.

Step 5
5. When cooking is complete, top will be golden brown. Serve immediately.
